Information you provide
Applications collect identity, contact, residence, financing and supporting-document details. Depending on the application, this includes information about next of kin, guarantors, spouses and referrers. Staff may also record verification and site-visit information. The contact form collects your name, contact details, topic and message.
Why the information is used
Information is used to receive and assess applications, verify details, communicate about a request, prepare and administer agreed financing, maintain associated records, address complaints and protect the service from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Before providing another person’s details, tell them why you are sharing the information and direct them to this notice. Only provide information that is relevant to the application and that you are entitled to share.
Access and service providers
Application records are available to authorized staff according to their access permissions. Technical providers supporting hosting and website operation may process information in delivering those services. Contact us for details about a particular processing activity or disclosure associated with your account.
Drafts, tracking codes and cookies
The website uses session and security cookies to maintain forms and protect submissions. Saved drafts can be reopened with a private resume link; keep that link secure. Submitted applications can be checked with a private tracking code. Do not share these credentials publicly. The website does not require advertising cookies to apply.
Keeping and correcting information
Saved drafts, submitted applications, enquiries and financing records are stored in the system. You can ask us about the retention of a particular record and request correction or deletion where applicable. A request may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
Your privacy requests
You may request information about how your data is used, access to your data, correction of inaccurate information, or raise an objection to processing. Deletion and other rights apply subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
