Know what to prepare. Know what comes next.
Before you begin
- Choose a product and read its requirements.
- Prepare your ID details, photo, contact and residence information.
- Have details for two next-of-kin contacts and two guarantors, including their ID and contact details.
- Have your referrer’s details ready. Explain to anyone whose information you provide how it will be used.
- For asset financing, prepare your operating stage, sub-county and ward.
The application has seven sections. Additional documents may be requested during verification; staff provide the registration form for signing.

- Save your application reference and private tracking code.
- The team reviews the information and may request supporting documents or a site visit.
- If approved, review the financing amount, deposit, fees, repayment schedule and agreement.
- Complete signing and the agreed allocation or disbursement steps.
Submission does not guarantee approval. Timing depends on verification and the selected product; contact us for an update.

After a section saves, your browser address becomes a private resume link. Copy that link and keep it safe. Open it on your device to continue; uploaded draft documents are retained with the draft.
Lost the link? Contact support before starting again. We will need to verify your identity before helping with an existing application.
What if I cannot upload a document?
Follow the format and file-size instructions beside the upload field. If your connection fails, retry the section before leaving. Contact the team if the problem continues.
How do I make a complaint?
Use Contact & support, choose Complaint, describe what happened and keep the enquiry reference shown after submission.
How do I know what I will pay?
Product pages and the repayment estimator give guidance. Your signed agreement sets the final amount, charges, deposit and payment schedule.
Are my tracking code and resume link the same?
No. The resume link opens an unfinished draft. The tracking code checks the progress of a submitted application. Keep both private; do not post them publicly.
